Fill in the customer’s name, the job and your review link. You get a text message, an email, a follow-up and a line for a printed card.
Fill in the fields above and the result shows here as you type.
Good to know
- Ask within a day or two of finishing, while the job is fresh. A text is the easiest to act on: the link opens on the phone they are holding.
- Ask everyone the same way. Asking only the customers you think were happy, or offering anything in return, is against Google’s rules.
- One request and one reminder is plenty. After that, let it go.
