You are trying to work out whether this is a five hundred dollar conversation or a three thousand dollar one. Making you book a call to find that out would waste your afternoon, so here are the actual numbers.

The money rules
How payment works, before you ask.
Half the build fee up front, before work starts.
The monthly starts when the tool goes live, not when you sign.
Card processing fees, your domain and any e-signature costs are billed at cost, never marked up.
No contract term and no exit penalty. If you leave, the code and the content go with you.
If an off-the-shelf product would do the job cheaper, I will tell you which one.
What moves the number
Number of distinct workflows. Whether documents or PDFs get generated. Whether another system has to be talked to. How much existing data needs moving.
More pages rarely moves it much. More moving parts always does. Either way the scope and the price are in writing before anything is built.
Because you are trying to work out whether this is a five hundred dollar conversation or a three thousand dollar one, and making you book a call to find out wastes your afternoon. The ranges are real. Where you land inside them depends on scope, which I put in writing before anything gets built.
What makes a build land at the top of a range instead of the bottom?
Number of distinct workflows, whether documents or PDFs are generated, whether other systems have to be talked to, and how much of your existing data needs moving. More pages does not usually move the number much. More moving parts always does.
Can the build fee be discounted?
No. The monthly can be discounted, or you can have free months if you genuinely need relief. The build price is what the next person you refer me to will hear, so it does not move.
What is not included?
Card processing fees, your domain registration and any e-signature costs. Those are billed at cost with no markup. Ad spend, printing and photography are not part of any tier.

Tell me the worst hour of your week. You get back a real working piece of the fix with your name on it — not a proposal, not a discovery call.
