An answer at 9:42 PM, without waking you up.
Most enquiries arrive outside working hours, and most people do not leave a message. They call the next name on the list and you never find out it happened. A reply that goes out in under a minute is not a substitute for you. It buys you until morning.
What is actually in it.
- A text back when a call goes unanswered
- An automatic reply to form submissions, day or night
- Enquiries from web, phone and social landing in one place, tagged
- The reply says plainly what it is. Nothing pretends to be you
- The full enquiry pushed to your phone so you can take over any time
- Timing and wording are yours, and you can change them whenever
How it runs
Every timing here is a setting inside the tool, not a result claimed on your behalf. Check them yourself the week you launch.

Will customers know it is automatic?
Yes, because it says so. Passing an automated text off as you typing is how trust gets destroyed the first time someone replies and gets nothing back. The message acknowledges the enquiry, sets an expectation, and stops there.
Is this an AI chatbot answering for me?
No. By default it is a short message you wrote, sent on a trigger. If you later want something that answers common questions, that is a separate conversation with its own risks, and I will tell you where those risks are.
What if the enquiry is urgent?
The reply can include what to do if it cannot wait, including a number to call. Whether you want that number to ring at 3am is your decision, not the software.
Does this need a new phone number?
Usually not for form and web enquiries. Automatic text-back on missed calls does depend on your carrier and handset setup, so that one I check before promising it.
