Review growth

Ask for the review without it being awkward.

Asking face to face is uncomfortable, so it does not happen, so the happy customers stay invisible. A request that arrives three days later, while the work is still fresh, solves the awkwardness by removing you from the moment of asking.

What you get

What is actually in it.

  • A request that sends itself on a timing you set, by email or text
  • A direct link straight to your review form, so it is two taps
  • Fires when a job is marked complete or an invoice is marked paid
  • A printed QR card or poster for in-person work
  • Help writing replies, including to the difficult ones
  • Everyone gets asked. No filtering for likely-positive customers

Frequently asked

Straight answers.

Can you send the request only to customers you know are happy?

No, and I will not build it. Filtering for likely-positive reviews is against Google policy and it is a misleading-representation problem under the Competition Act. Everyone gets asked, which is also the version that survives scrutiny.

Can you get reviews written for me?

No. Buying, writing or incentivising reviews is unlawful in Canada and the Competition Bureau has pursued businesses over it. The only thing worth building is the habit of asking every customer.

What about a bad review?

You reply to it publicly, without arguing. A calm, specific reply does more for a stranger reading it than the review itself does against you. I will help with the wording if you want it.

Will more reviews improve my Google ranking?

Reviews are one of the things Google weighs for local results, and going from very few to a steady stream is the biggest single change most small businesses can make. Nobody can promise you a position, including me.
