Let people book a real slot instead of playing phone tag.
Four messages to agree a time that a phone call would have settled in thirty seconds, except nobody answered the phone, because you were working. Booking is the leak with the least argument about it: either the customer can pick a time or they cannot.
What is actually in it.
- Real availability, drawn from the calendar you already use
- Buffer and travel time respected, so back-to-back bookings are possible
- Confirmation to both sides immediately
- A reminder 24 hours ahead, the cheapest no-show fix there is
- Reschedule and cancel links, so changes do not come through you
- Different service types with different durations
How it runs
Every timing here is a setting inside the tool, not a result claimed on your behalf. Check them yourself the week you launch.

What if I need to vet the job before agreeing a time?
Then booking is the wrong first fix and a request form is the right one. The enquiry arrives typed, you decide, and you send a booking link only when you want to. Plenty of trades work this way and it is the correct order for them.
Will it double book me against my personal calendar?
Not if we connect the calendar you actually keep your life in. If you keep two calendars and only one is connected, it will double book you, so the setup step matters more here than the software does.
Can I block off a week without touching the tool?
Yes. Put it in your connected calendar as busy and those slots disappear from the booking page. That is the whole point of reading from a calendar rather than keeping a second one.
Do I need a website for this to work?
No. It works as a link you can text, put in your Google Business Profile, or add to a social bio. A site helps for other reasons, but booking does not wait on it.
